If you want to stay healthy and not become diabetic or develop some other systemic disease, then, eat a variety of vegetables and (some) whole fruits as part of the Death to Diabetes Super Meal program. Similarly, if you want to reverse your diabetes, you should also eat a variety of vegetables and (some) whole fruits.

PURPLE/BLUE

*Please Note: Avoid these fruits if you
are diabetic, or, until your blood sugar is in the normal range.
